Circular economy in the perfume industry: A qualitative investigation of consumer perception
Abstract/Description
The size of global perfume instructed was over 50 billion USD in 2022 (Grand View Research, 2023). Glass bottles are the most widely used packaging material in the perfume industry. Many brands have started recycling glass bottles to reduce their impact on them the environment. This study investigates consumers’ perceptions of the circular economy in the perfume industry. The study aims to understand consumers’ perceptions of recycled glass bottles for perfumes.
