Organizational Sustainability; Role of Technology Leadership, Green HRM and Green Knowledge Sharing
Abstract/Description
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify how green HR practices and green knowledge-sharing behavior impact organizational commitment to sustainability
Methodology – This empirical research study is based on upper echelon theory and social capital theory, in which data were collected from 284 permanent faculty employees belonging to HEIs-recognized universities in Pakistan.
Findings – The results confirm that the technology leadership style significantly impacts organizational commitment to sustainability. Whereas green HRM practices as a mediator and green knowledge-sharing behavior as a moderator also have significant impacts on the organizational commitment to sustainability.
The originality of value – This study amalgamates that organizational commitment to sustainability is jointly affected by the style of technology leadership as a strategy and green HRM practices as a process.
