Employees’ well-being and employees’ engagement for intrapreneurship: empirical analysis of textile industry in post-Covid 19 era
Abstract/Description
Organizations are working hard to gain competitive advantages while retaining quality human resources, especially after the spread of Covid-19 pandemic. Organizations require comprehensive strategy and resources to boost their employees’ well-being to retain, engage, and motivate them, because without taking care of employees’ well-being, retaining top talent would surely be dream for any organization (Chanana & Sangeeta, 2020). The Primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of employees’ well-being on Employee Intrapreneurship. In addition, this study aims to find the mediating role of employee engagement on employees’ well-being predicting employees’ Intrapreneurship. The data was collected from employees working in textile industries based in Karachi, Pakistan. This study will help to formulate strategies that can encourage the organizations to understand the significance of employees’ well-being on Employee Intrapreneurship
