Servant leadership fosters job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment: a study of the educational sector in Sindh province
Abstract/Description
This study intended to examine the results of Servant leadership on affective Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction, at this point, the Impact of Servant leadership needs to evaluate to acquire affective Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction. In this review, the present study assembles the information from the teachers in Sindh province of 193 respondents by means of the stratified sampling technique. The data analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) utilizing Smart PLS software. The outcomes show that Servant leadership had an emphatically effect on affective Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction It can be reasoned that the better Servant Leadership, the more prominent the affective Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction of school teachers is reflected in their activities.
