Abstract / Summary

Employer branding is a nascent concept in the field of HR. The core idea behind this concept deals with how a company projects itself as an employer of choice for its prospective employees. Employer branding has only recently gained prominence in Pakistan owing to the increasing competition for employers in attracting and retaining the top talent.The competitiveness n the telecom industry is intense, which is also reflected int he cellular providers' quest to find the best candidates to recruit. Mobilink, despite being the market leader, also suffers from this problem and proposed this project to evaluate and implement the concept of employer branding for itys recruitment practices.
