Abstract / Summary
We are living in the 21st century. These days consumers are becoming more aware of their surroundings and the trend has helped them become conscious of their health and well-being. To improve their lifestyle consumers all over the world are now choosing to stay healthy, do daily workouts and use products that help them achieve a healthier personality. The trend has also been witnessed in Pakistan where people are learning new ways to live balanced lives. "Nutraceutical Products" such as energy drinks, energy bars, food supplements are now being consumed by people to stay fit and active. This report presents an overall perspective on the "Nutraceutical Products" and attempts to identify whether there is sufficient potential in the market. The report focuses on a local pharmaceutical company "Martin Dow" as the firm believes introducing a new product in this category could be a right step for them.
