Abstract / Summary
Branchless banking is considered a fast yet cost effective means of providing banding services to masses. It is an alternative delivery channel which is considered t have potential to cater to otherwise Pakistan's largely in banked population. The concept of branchless banking is still at infancy stage thus challenges in undertaking branchless banking for banks largely remain undiscovered. The growing interest of financial institutes, speaks volumes about untapped potential that lies this mode of banking.
