Abstract

It is being observed that cultural diversity and its challenges are ignored in Pakistan's IT organizations and hence, organizations in Pakistan are unable to create an inclusive environment for every segment of society. In this research, cultural diversity, its impact on the success of IT initiatives and the factors which forbid organizations in their transformation into a diverse workplace will be examined.
