The project aligns directly with the Islamic Banking and Finance thought leadership area as every phase, from the literature review of Shariah principles and governance frameworks, to the global and local benchmarking of Islamic AMCs, to the primary research on investor awareness, and finally the Knowledge Center blueprint, operates entirely within this domain. It contributes empirical insight into Islamic financial literacy gaps in Pakistan and produces a practical, Shariah-grounded deliverable, positioning investor education as the bridge between Islamic finance principles and broader public participation in Shariah-compliant markets.

Most of this work ties back to SDG 8 - decent jobs and stronger economies. Because better knowledge helps people understand investing, more can join financial markets. When folks learn how money works, choices tend to make more sense. With clearer insight comes smarter moves with savings and investments. Financial know-how opens doors for more people to grow their money. That connection ties into Goal 10: Less inequality. When folks understand how money works, they can step into investing, closing gaps bit by bit. Knowledge becomes a bridge - over time, it pulls communities closer to fair chances.
