This project compares Unilever Pakistan Foods with National Foods to understand their financial performance and operational strategies. The analysis examines how National Foods improved its profitability through manufacturing investments and smart pricing. The study identifies key actions that Unilever Foods can take to strengthen its competitive position, including pricing strategy, supply chain improvements, and new revenue channels. The findings support better decision making on where to invest capital in the food business.
