Abstract
The dawn of COVID-19 had major impact over several industries including supply-chain and retail. That caused customer switching forward on online ecommerce stores. Allowing customers to purchase just with a single click or tap of a finger. But, recent data and studies shows hike in prices around world caused platform conversion from purchase to rent model platforms. In this paper, I developed machine learning model with an app that can purely rate a product based on user feedback instead of traditional star ratings and allow new customers to capture a clear vision regarding product reputation before their rental decision. 20k+ real websites review data is used to learn machine learning model that can predict product ratings. Our App is design to display each product ratings provided by online model API. Also, user can provide their own feedback about product that can impact product individual and average ratings.
