Abstract / Summary

This report presents the existing market potential for amusement park, with detailed customer insights and survery results, as well as the external and internal analysis of A.A. Joyland's Aladin Park. This led the researchers to identify key critical success factors for an amusement park, specially those that might be present or lacking in A.A. Joyland (Pvt.) Ltd. The research, therefore, revolves around finding any gaps that may exist between the company and its customer, and propose a plan to reduce them and to re-position the company so that it stands out from all its competitors, and is able to attract new potential visitors for Aladin Park.
