Abstract / Summary
Our study covers two distributors namely "Southern" and "Al-Momin". As part of our deliverable, we have conducted an in-depth analysis of the existing distribution network for the two distributors including Supply chain analysis, Inbound and outbound logistic, demand management and distribution in terms of infrastructure. Alongside that, we have conducted a competitive analysis of Coca Cola Beverage Limited and Nestle Pakistan to understand their distribution network of Engro and provide recommendation accordingly.
