Abstract / Summary
PVS Industry of Pakistan operates in different, also unique, dynamics when compared with other western and some eastern countries. For instance, there are two parallel PVC industries operating simultaneously like a straight line which goes together very close by but never intersect each to other. These two PVC industries are termed as the "PVC Organized Sector" and "PVC Un-organized Sector". The "PVC Organized Sector" consists of market player who operate in a corporate environment maintaining proper documentation and book of accounts. The "PVC Un-organized Sector" operates in a ,shop' like environment with little or no documentation and no proper book of accounts.
