Abstract / Summary
Agility is one of the world's leading providers of integrated logistics covering 100 countries with more than 22,000 employers in over 500 offices. Agility is known worldwide for its exceptional personal service and provides efficient supply chain management in a challenging global environment. The business under this study is that of cold storage facility which is located in Port Qasim, Karachi. it was set up to provide cold chain solutions for the region with premium quality service. It is a state of the art cold storage facility that has a capacity of approximately 1500 pallet spots and has 3 compartments for storing of products within a temperate range of 5 degree Celsius to -35 degree Celsius.
