Abstract / Summary
The value of diversity and inclusion has received widespread acknowledgment in recent years. Organizations still struggle to successfully execute and maintain these programs, though. The inadequate assessment of leadership style and its impact on diversity and inclusion results is an important issue that impedes success. This problem statement draws attention to the dearth of thorough research that precisely investigates how various Leadership styles affect diversity and inclusion. It is crucial to comprehend how leadership styles can affect diversity and inclusion in order to close this gap. This knowledge can also be helpful for leaders who want to implement good change inside their organizations. This study aims to perform a quantitative analysis that thoroughly explores the connections between Leadership styles and the effects of diversity and inclusion. There is still a need for a comprehensive understanding of various leadership styles and their implications on these outcomes, even if some research has examined particular leadership styles concerning diversity and inclusion. This research attempts to provide light on the underlying mechanisms via which leadership influences these significant organizational endeavors by looking at various leadership styles and their impact on diversity and inclusion. The results of this study can help organizations and leaders make informed decisions about how to build inclusive and diverse work environments that encourage employee engagement, creativity, and organizational success.
