Abstract / Summary
As a new entrant MG’s launch in Pakistan has not taken off on a positive note. In February earlier this year the FBR launched an investigative report MG. The car manufacturer had reportedly under-invoiced the customs value of one of its most expensive vehicles- HS SUV. MG faced delivery issues since the inception of its market sales in Pakistan. The objective of this research is to understand customer preference and customer satisfaction level towards MG Pakistan. We are specifically focusing on the expectation that the Pakistani market has from the automobile company. All relevant information about the automobile industry and the Pakistani market at large shall be integrated in the research. In addition, existing literature on the subject will be used to collate the data on historical trends on the automobile industry.
