As per its global initiative, Maersk Pakistan has recently launched Origin-To-Destination Model in Pakistan. The research aims to identify the lucrative industries through a mixture of qualitative and quantitative methodologies involving semi-structured interviews and surveys with the current logistics players, respective customers, and related parties. The aim is to identify gaps in the logistics industry. The questionnaires and surveys are backed up by theoretical frameworks - SWOT Analysis, Resource-Based-View, Porter’s Theory of Competitive Advantage and ServQual Model.
