Abstract / Summary

This project has been given mainly as there is no proper performance management system in place at Gul Ahmed. Only performance appraisal is done without any on-going monitoring or performance review, and without any feedback or goal-setting. There is almost non-existence of JDs, and there is inconsistency among the few JDs that are available. The employees don’t know what exactly is expected of them. Therefore, in order to improve performance of the division and to motivate employees to work harder and in the most efficient way, it is important to define the KRIs and KPIs and to give them clarity on what they are expected to do and how their performance will be evaluated.
