Abstract / Summary
The MBA Project was centered on Job Analysis and KPI Management. The fundamental driving force behind this project was to ensure that knowledge and skills are deployed to deice a user friendly method of monitoring employee activity and their productivity. The problem statement of this project is to identify the intricate details pertaining to the wide variety of jobs present at Gul Ahmed and ensuring an up to date technological apt system is coined to give a holistic view of the company. The methodology implied in this project is investigating and collecting data from the various members of the organogram. It is conducted to have a better understanding of the existing problem, but will not provide conclusive results. The aim of the MBA Project will be to provide in-depth job analysis of 84 employees at various levels (Managers, Deputy General Managers, General Managers, Directors, etc.) within the multiple departments in Gul Ahmed’s Textile Mill.
