Abstract / Summary
Our study covers demand analysis for Halal Meat throughout the globe, however our major emphasis is on the following markets: European Markets U.S. Market North African Market East African Market South-East Asian Market GCC Market In the due course of market demand analysis we have recognized the different needs of consumers to predict the final form of halal meat to be produced by Engro Foods. Our research would also cover the analysis of perception of halal meat in different countries. Where Muslim countries consume halal meat as a religious requirement, various regions consume the same for mostly hygienic purposes. Yet many countries around the globe find problems with processing of meat certified as halal. Our research would tap into the consumers’ responses about their opinions regarding halal meat consumption.
