Abstract / Summary
We conducted this Research for Wartsila Pakistan which was facing HR culture reflection issues at its business units. The human resource culture prevalent at the headquarter of Warsila Pakistan with tested, using Independent sample t test, for its reflection in the business units, particularly NPL unit and Rawalpindi unit, and it was found that certain variable of culture are being reflected and certain variables are not being reflected. To find out the driving force behind why certain variables were not reflected we conducted Cross tabulation (for association with other variables) and regression analysis for (dependability between variables) and we found particularly the Rewards and benefits provided( along with similar variables) to be particularly responsible. During our analysis, using cross tabulation and regression, we also found out that these benefits and rewards are related with some variables which if controlled can overall control the non reflection affect and we suggested in this research to focus on such variables for controlling the overall problem.
