Abstract / Summary
TCS is one of the largest courier/shipment companies operating in Pakistan. As far as international shipments are concerned, TCS joined hands with UPS in 2016 whereby all international shipments for TCS were to be shipped through UPS. Even though TCS is a very well known brand as far as shipment/courier business goes, most people do not seem be aware of the fact that it also deals in international shipments, and does it through UPS. Through this paper, we seek to evaluate the current marketing strategy of TCS International, identify and analyze customer perceptions regarding international shipments, evaluate the existing brand equity of the company's international products/services offered to B2B and B2e segments and finally recommend a marketing strategy to build the brand equity of TCS International.
