Abstract / Summary
The key benefits of Tezman are its wholly-integrated business model in which it procures and manage its own inventory and SKUs. This reduces the dependency on local vendors to deliver products to the customers. The major advantage of this model would be that it will allow Tezman to maintain complete control over quality, especially on grocery products express deliveries within 30 minutes (to be tested). Further, it allows Tezman to maintain complete control over quality, especially on grocery products which have a low shelf life. In terms of pricing, elimination the intermediary implies Tezman retains a larger amount in profits for its disposal, something other services providers cannot capitalize on since they are following an intermediary model.
