Abstract / Summary
RB Pakistan is facing an issue of not being able to track its sales team performance in real time. The data collected during the month can only be used to present information in the monthly meeting conducted in the first week of the subsequent month. If certain shortcomings are highlighted and the committee members give recommendations, they can only be incorporated in the next month; thus a further lead time in getting the results of steps taken.
