Executive Summary
The purpose of this study is to look at the obstacles and potential in Pakistan's chicken export to Gulf countries, with an emphasis on production, supply chain, and international trade dynamics. It delves into historical tendencies, contemporary conditions, and comparative studies of successful examples. Thematic analyses of stakeholder interviews demonstrate a wide range of educational backgrounds and agreement on the need of specialised training. Disease management, supply chain difficulties, and regulatory barriers all have an influence on trade dynamics. Prospects for improvement include process upgrades, supply chain optimisation, and leveraging international frameworks. Collaborations, market trend knowledge, and research and development are all part of industry adaptation and innovation initiatives. For increased exports, recommendations emphasise sustainable practices, technical investments, and aligning tactics with international norms. This study fills a knowledge vacuum by providing significant insights for boosting Pakistan's chicken exports to Gulf countries.
