Executive Summary
This study examined the relationship between family-friendly policies (FFP), emotional culture of joy (ECJ), organizational identification (OI), and employee well-being (EWB) in the healthcare sector of Pakistan. A cross-sectional survey design was used to collect data from a sample of healthcare workers in Pakistan. The results signify that, FFPs are crucial to the well-being of the employees and helps to create an emotional culture of joy which would translate into better work environment and eventually better care for the patients.
