Executive Summary
If we trace the early history of women entrepreneur in Pakistan j we will see a lot of involvement of country’s culture, customs traditions etc. At present the success of an entrepreneur depends on being innovative, imaginative, visionary and risk taker. Currently to be successful in business it is important to be creative and develop new ideas.
With the increasing facilities and educational opportunities Women are getting more and more independent and self confident and entering the business world just like their male counterparts with equivalent motivation, enthusiasm, with the dream and vision of proving themselves.
Even though men and women in Pakistan have different standards of living and still men are considered superior in all nooks of life including the work environment but still women are trying.
Although with changing paradigm we see number of women entering the business sector like Maria B, Nabeela’s, Yasmeen Minhas, Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy and many others provide reasons for women to be proud of The new millennium is infact a ray of hope for all women.
Education of women have undoubtly given them immense confidence and encouragement to serve and discover new horizon.
