Executive Summary
This project focuses on hospital management systems in Pakistan are relatively primitive, be it clinical or non-clinical systems that should in theory aid smooth delivery of healthcare, but in practice actually hinder its access to masses. The findings are an eye opener in terms of surprising level of realization that exists within the higher management about exactly how beneficial market management concepts can be towards helping improve service delivery and preventing financial leakages from within the organization.
