This research project is an objective analysis of Karachi Electric Supply Company's performance in the post privatization period in comparison to the pre-privatization period. The performance is evaluated especially in reference to its technical capability, financial health, management and corporate profile and the service delivery of KESC. Methodology note: The research methodology includes the gathering of data regarding power generation, T & D losses and financial health of KESC using annual reports, audited accounts, SBP reports etc. Also, questionnaires were used to gather certain data.
