Executive Summary
This study includes the importance of priority banking in Pakistan, the impact of effective customer satisfaction strategies on banks in Pakistan. It also studies the relationship between priority banking and reputation and to observe how banking professionals perceive priority banking followed by the study on how priority banking has impacted strategic planning on banks in Pakistan and the impact of priority banking on the economic development of Pakistan. Thus the objective of this research is to identify the primary concepts and relationships that emerge when examining reputation and customer satisfaction as an integral part of banking in Pakistan. Program: EMBA Photocopying is prohibited. Photocopying is prohibited. Methodology: Two method of research were considered for this research, quantitative and secondary research. Secondary data was collected by studying various journals, articles and books related to priority banking and primary data was collected through structured questionnaire.
