In order to achieve the above; it is very essential to understand the importance of identifying business issues that can create hurdles in the growth of an organization if not resolved timely and secondly; to conduct extensive research in order to discovered business opportunities; in order to increase market share. Unfortunately, most organizations are unable to invest extensively in research projects due to certain constraints that include both human and monetary resource; which causes organizations to discontinue and fail out of business markets.
In light of the above; I as a student of the Executive MBA - Banking and Financial Services Program take this Research Project; which is part of my academics as an opportunity to contribute towards my organization in today's competitive environment; where in research and problem resolution is of utmost importance for the survival and growth of any business entity.
After extensive research and discussion I have come to the point of identifying the proposal that I feel can be a contributing factor towards my organization specifically towards the enhancement and growth of HBL Car Loan business.
