Reasons of job stress, Effects of jobs stress
The purpose of this project is to identify causes of stress and the effect of these causes on the performance of jobs. Methodology: The research methodology is based upon getting information from different employees of BPO sector & questionnaire was designed asking different purpose of stress in jobs, working environment & their suggestions to find any potential improvement to reduce stress level at workplaces.
