As our world becoming a global village with the advancement of internet that's why job opportunities have been increasing day by day. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is one of the fastest growing industries which is getting the maximum advantage of globalization through customer interaction and easily provide them those services which a company wants to outsource from the company. As a result, this sector showing an extra ordinary growth and a major job contributor in the economy. On the other hand, in BPO companies competition increases between employee to excel in their jobs and performing multiple tasks at a time, ultimately leads to the source of stress, anxiety, tension and pressure. BPO industry has always been representing by late sittings, parallel tasks and unrealistic deadlines resulting to maximum attrition level. Management of BPO companies consistently performing their role to cater these and facilities at workplaces. But the stress problems by providing them different training related problems create several health Issues which affects the performance and efficiency of employees. The purpose of this project is to identify causes of stress and the effect of these causes on the performance of their job.
