Executive Summary
Human Resource Management plays its vital role in contributing toward the success of the organization. This research study focuses on Shahi Industries located in Karachi, Pakistan. This study further aims to understand the practices of human resources practices implemented in the Shahi Industries. This study adopted a qualitative research approach. With the help of questionnaire, data was collected among the managerial and non-managerial staff. The study uses random sampling technique in the company in order to avoid the biasness of the data. The in-depth analysis of all the recruitment and selection, training and development and performance management in Shahi Industries has helped us to identify the improvement areas and come up with recommendation accordingly.
