World leading vertical transportation company whose services and projects meets the need of ever growing needs of the construction industry of Pakistan with a prime focus on its customers satisfaction, optimum safety and quality standards and with a vision to timely deliver projects with best after sales services decided to gauge its projects performance the accurate assessment of the measure of its company’s performance could lead to better and realistic approach to improve its projects sustenance and provide cutting edge results in the market each time the project is delivered. The VTC felt the need to identify the level of how they can improve the quality of their services so to gauge the performance of the company its key employees took the project maturity assessment activity which underwent some rigorous theoretical and practical learning of the key concepts of project management which revolves around its knowledge areas this was done using the most appropriate tool of maturity assessment Kerzner Project Management Maturity Model (KPM3) The model categorizes in five levels with respect to maturity of an organization. The analysis of data depicts the response rate that is 83 percent with respect to the total employees carried this activity, the overall maturity assessment level the company stands out to be is one on the scale of 1 to 5, which reflects the key to continuously improve the project management practices at the VTC and retake the maturity assessment to improve its level of maturity that reflects the company’s performance measurement.
