Abstract

Transfer learning is an emerging approach in the domain of machine learning and predictive analytics. In this survey, primarily, it is intended to explore and study the cutting-edge techniques and sophisticated approaches to transfer learning in text classification. Also, the improvements and comparison between the trivial machine learning and transfer learning algorithms in cross-domain and cross languages problems are the part of this study.
