Abstract
This paper presents the impact of IT governance on project delivery.IT governance has been quite popular in academic and practical application since 20th century. Recent studies show that many system architectures have problems to deliver sustainable commitments made earlier in the planning process, reason being that the parties that are involved in project delivery have a lack of information transfer. So, in delivering successful projects within budgets, time and accordance with other project objectives governance is crucial.
