Abstract
This survey paper is the study and observations regarding incidents occurred on the confidential data leakage on the internet due to Cyber-crime. These crimes can be categorized due to its Data Crime, Network Crime, Access Crime and other type of crimes on this internet. Data Crime may be further being divided as Data interception in which useful data can be used for further attacks and authentications on behalf of the user and use restricted permissions on the network. Data modification is the second most used approach to modify data in the manner that can worth transfer of amount for financial transaction and records alteration using injection tactics. Data theft mostly used for business strategy where information and data copied illegally from other business and any individual person.
