Abstract
To be successful in professional life or personal life, the principles discussed in this book are applicable for both. It provides insight into certain practices, principles, and steps that transform a person into a successful salesman. Starting with the right pitch, then nurturing relationships, ensuring good service quality, and showing empathy, every step takes you towards finally mastering sales. At each step, the salesperson progresses towards goal achievement while refining their skills and enhancing their ability to overcome challenges in the dynamic environment. Sales is a combination of psychology and mathematics because you sell to humans through a mathematical formula of probability.
