Abstract
Man’s relationship with reality-understood as natural and social world he inhibit, is given. The very design of his creation leaves him with no choice but to know and, at least, up to certain extent, master reality for the sake of his survival. The ‘tools’ that humans devised to grasp the reality which engulfs and permeates their existence are numerous. They includes disciplines of science and humanities, with all of their diverse manifestations, and, as well as, arts. These ‘tools’ that are made of varied ways of thinking, perceiving and practicing has so far not been able to grasp the reality in totality. Thus, at best what science has achieved is the modeling of material and measurable natural phenomena with the purpose of predicting and manipulating it.
