Abstract
Customer Persona is a one stop solution for all those Q-Commerce and Grocery Delivery Service Operators by dividing a customer base into groups of individuals that are similar in specific ways relevant to their spending habits and order history on the platform.
The web app works well with the company the data has been trained on and until further direction it will be used for the company's internal purposes.
The following 2 models have been incorporated into our web app and our library:
● Decision Tree Classifier
● Random Forest Classifier
