Abstract

The primary goal of our project is to create a Chatbot assistance system for HR professionals. This system will address the challenge of efficiently matching job descriptions (JDs) with candidates’ resumes during the initial stages of recruitment. By leveraging artificial intelligence, we aim to streamline the process and provide HR teams with a valuable tool to shortlist potential candidates accurately. The Chatbot will analyze JDs and resumes, assigning a matching score to help identify the most suitable candidates for further evaluation.
