Abstract / Summary

Why nation's largest energy company, Pakistan State Oil (PSO) managing well 4,600 petrol pumps but losing in high-street lubricant division? Why company selected distributors are shrinking and especially no active sole distributor of PSO available in country's largest metropolitan city. This condition is alarming for the company and hurting lubricant sales ultimately impacting bottom line of income statement. We choose to address this dire situation and finding out the root cause of major problem faced by the company management.
