Executive Summary

The central purpose of this research is to systematically appraise the newly revamped system of employee performance management that is implemented at case company from the perspective of the employees. For this research, primary quantitative design was used, where the data was collected using close-ended questionnaire. A total of 120 participants were recruited for the questionnaire using random sampling technique. The research found that employees at case company have experiences a positive enhancement in their perceptions in comparison to their perceptions in the past. This indicates that the new revamped performance management system at case company has been positively received by the employees. Furthermore, the research also found that they can further enhance the satisfaction levels of their employees if they lowered the frequency of appraisals conducted. Lastly, the research found that there is no apparent gap present between the expectations of the employees at case company and their current levels of satisfaction with the revamped performance management system.
