This research project is about a company M/S Energy Solutions (PVT) ltd who are in power generation business in Pakistan since 2005. Energy Solutions (PVT) ltd deals in Diesel Generators, Gas Generators and Renewable Energy (Solar) and is one the most reputed power generation solution provider in Pakistan. They are present in almost all the major sectors of industry except the Textile industry. This project aims to discover the reasons why M/S Energy Solutions (PVT) limited is not able to penetrate in the textile segment and what steps they can take to become a brand of choice in Textile segment of Pakistan. In this research project we studied about the Textile industry of Pakistan and what is their energy potential and load profile and how big this market is for power generation companies. We also tried to understand the energy challenges Textile industries are facing at the moment. We studied the buying behavior and pattern of Textile companies and what challenges they are currently facing. We studied the best marketing penetration strategies and how they can be applied in our case. We gathered our primary data through physical interviews in the Textile industry and for the secondary data we studied relevant research articles, custom import data and data obtained from the company. The major learnings obtained from the research was that Textile sector is a big potential market for power generation product related companies and it has frequent demand as they rely completely on captive power generation. The company Energy Solutions (PVT) limited needs some serious improvement in their sales and marketing team going in Textile sector and they need to study the market requirements. There is massive requirement of Solar Panels at the moment in Textile sector and Energy Solutions (PVT) Limited need to capitalize on this opportunity to penetrate in Textile segment
