Executive Summary
One of the most important aspects of every well-managed organization is that management regards employee’s safety and health as fundamental values of the organization. The implement safety management systems to maintain safe system of work, also in current era, the safety systems play an important role in continuity of business because it is believed that good safety leads to good business.
Implementation of safety management systems in an organization is very important for individuals and for the organizations themselves. Because Safe work practices helps people to perform their work safely without being exposed to any safety and health risk which leads to more productivity. This is also one of the important factors for job satisfaction, as employees feel more motivated and positive while working in industries that provide safe working environment to their employees.
To help and support organization for implementation of safety management systems and to improve their existing safety management systems a training consultancy is being launched which will hire safety experts with diversified experience from the industries and they will help organization to make their organization risk free and legal complaint by providing trainings and enhancing the knowledge. The more people have knowledge on safety systems the more people will be able to implement effective safety management systems which will be beneficial for both the employees and for the employers.
