The objective of this research paper recommended in the Islamic mode of finance with sense, as is to take up Asset Rental in its true sense as maximizing returns and ensuring its practical application in an Islamic Bank. The current economic scenario has greatly affected the profit margins previously enjoyed by the conventional leasing market. The cost of funds is still on the higher side, where as the spread has shrunk due to prevailing market conditions, excess competition and lower demands.
