The Vocational Training Institute for Women, Buffer zone for my Executive MBA at IBA, Karachi Establishing a Day-Care facility coupled with Day Care Training shall have two folded effect. It shall be an in house training facility for the women seeking their career in Child Care. Secondly it shall serve the trainees as well as the working mothers by providing day care facility to their children. The survey of available Day Care facilities in the City as compared to the increasing number of women participation in workforce clearly depicts its need. Baby Child Care Centre has great potential in urban areas. The training m this field has become inevitable considering the shortage of professionally trained staff to serve the baby child care centers. The women trained shall possess the academic as well as practical knowledge of the baby child care thus they can either get employment at other organizations or start their own business of child care.
