Executive Summary
In this research paper we analyzed the growth of the banking sector and the factors affecting the trend of idle funds, through out these paper we have discussed many growth some of which are “assets to deposit ratio", “Return on equity”, “NPL to deposit”, “interest income versus non growth and the rising factors to analyze the banking sector “Return on Assets interest income” and “Equity to assets”.
Through this analysis we found that some of the factors affecting the banking sector equity and some inflate the profitability, our study is restricted to Pakistani banking industry & profitability ratios restricted to top tier eight banks of the Pakistani banking industry.
